refac!: move from demon to oneshot storer

Breaking change: requires calling with
`wl-paste -t text --watch clipman store`.

As a side-effect, enable primary clipboard support:
`wl-paste -p -t text --watch clipman store
--histpath="~/.local/share/clipman-primary.json`!

Closes #12
