added ip types for IPv6 addresses

added monitored types

[ALLOCATED APNIC,
ALLOCATED ARIN,
ALLOCATED RIPE NCC,
ALLOCATED LACNIC,
ALLOCATED AFRINIC]

for IPv6 support.
