VCS_VERSION: remove Subversion support, add support for Git & tarball
building from tarball can be tested this way: rsync -avix . /tmp/shellinabox --exclude-from=.gitignore --exclude=.git --delete --delete-excluded (cd /tmp/shellinabox && autoreconf -i && ./configure && make && ./shellinaboxd --version)
