zodiac ff6ffe7400 Addes a dependency on the "openssl" command line tool to the Debian package. 
This is needed to create self-signed certificates, if no other SSL certificates
are available.

The list of files here isn't complete.  For a step-by-step guide on
how to set this package up correctly, check out
    http://www.debian.org/doc/maint-guide/

Most of the files that are in this directory are boilerplate.
However, you may need to change the list of binary-arch dependencies
in 'rules'.
